We want you to love your Ginger items so we're here to help.
Return Policy
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent to our Hong Kong, China address. While we don’t provide return shipping labels.
Items must meet ALL of the below criteria to be eligible for a return:
- All returns must be requested and sent within 7 Days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and placed in a suitable parcel bag.
Return Process
1) Email us and mail the items back: Contact us at hello@shopgingermaternity.com with your order number and return product.
2) We will then email you the return address. Please return the items within 7 days of receiving your order.
3) Please email us your order tracking number and proof of return.
4) Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days for the full item price.
Please note: The initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
Ginger Maternity also has the right to not process your refund if no emails have been received prior to returning our products.
Please ensure that all return requests are made via email within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted. We would be grateful if you could also provide the reasons you returned the items so we could continue to improve our products for all our customers.
