How long will it take to receive my order?
If your order is to Hong Kong, it will take 2 to 5 business days for the order to arrive. If your order is to international countries, it will take around 4 to 12 busineess days for the order to arrive depending on the final destination.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
We aim to send you an email whenever the order is confirmed, dispatched, and shipping, with order tracking number.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at ginger.maternity@gmail.com. We will aim to reply you within 1-2 days.
Do I need to pay for custom/import duties?
Custom / import duties charged on the products are paid by us so you do not have to worry about them*
*Due to recent changes in US import tax policies, customers may have to bare custom / import duties. All details will be finalized at checkout.

We want you to love your Ginger items so we're here to help.
Return Policy
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be sent to our Hong Kong, China address. While we don’t provide return shipping labels.
Items must meet ALL of the below criteria to be eligible for a return:
- All returns must be requested and sent within 7 Days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and placed in a suitable parcel bag.
Return Process
1) Email Us: Contact us at ginger.maternity@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number.
2) We will then send you an address of where to ship your items, and the related details to fill in, including tracking code.
3) Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days for the full item price.
Please note: The initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please ensure that all return requests are made via email within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted. We would be grateful if you could also provide the reasons you returned the items so we could continue to improve our products for all our customers.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey that brings many changes to every woman’s body, and each experience is as unique and special. To help you choose the right size for your maternity clothing, we've created this indicative sizing chart.
Please note: This chart is a general guide and may not reflect individual differences. Specific sizes and fitting may differ depending on the style of the dress. We encourage you to consider your personal body changes and comfort when selecting your size.
We recommend you to select your pre-pregnancy size as our dresses are made to stretch to support your growing bump!
